Riccardo Roscini-Vitali graduated in Law in Verona in 2015 with a thesis on “Defense of the legal entity under trial”.
He has been qualified as a lawyer since 2018. He deals with the corporate criminal liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 231/2001. In particular, he provides advice in the construction and updating of organization, management, and control models, is a member of supervisory bodies and carries out training courses in corporate contexts, according to a method, shared at study level, attentive to continuous evolution, also international, of the discipline, to the new needs of the company and to the practicability of the risk management choices developed with the company functions.
He has been collaborating since 2018 with the Veronese chair of criminal procedural law, corporate liability criminal procedure and European criminal procedure and is the author of scientific publications in sector journals and volumes dedicated to compliance.

Filippo Goio
Filippo Goio graduated in Law from the University of Trento in 2009 and obtained the qualification to practice law in 2014.
He deals with labour and trade union law.
In particular, he provides legal adviceto industrial and commercial companies in HR management,
in the drafting of employment contracts for all workers categories
and in the drafting of particular contractual clauses (non-competition agreements, stability clauses, incentive plans), in the conduct of disciplinary or dismissal procedures.
He provides assistance in employment and labour law disputes, both out of court and in court.
He has gained substantial experience in the area of agency and sub-agency contracts, which he also drafts in English.

Luca Bordignon
Luca Bordignon graduated in Law from the University of Verona, Erasmus Program at the Université XII (UPEC) in 2001.
e has been registered with the Verona Bar Association since 2007 and
is qualified to practice in front of superior courts.
He deals with litigation and assistance in the civil and
mostly commercial, competitive, and corporate areas,
also relating to M&A operations in the private equity sector and debt restructuring.
He obtained the qualifications for registration in the Register of subjects appointed by the judicial authority for management and control functions in the procedures of the Crisis and Insolvency Code, attended a specialization Master in Tech law & digital transformation and published for the Comparative Law Series of Contract and Business monographs, the volume “The assignment of credit between general and special regulations. The French experience”.

Giulia Bertaiola
Giulia Bertaiola graduated in Law in Verona in 2016 and obtained the qualification to practice law in 2019. Since 2023 she has been a “Cultore della materia” in criminal law at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Verona.
Within the firm, with which she has been collaborating since September 2016,
she mainly deals with criminal law, risk management and corporate compliance.
In particular, she provides defensive assistance in criminal proceedings mostly relating to offenses committed in the corporate context, including work accidents, crimes against the public administration, commercial fraud and tax and corporate crimes. She carries out consultancy activities in the design and updating of Compliance programs pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as a member of supervisory and training bodies for company HR on the subject, preferring a pragmatic and substantive approach.
Nidia Bignotti
Nidia Bignotti graduated in law in Padua in 1988.
A lawyer since 1992, she has been enrolled in the special register of the Supreme Court and other superior jurisdictions since 2004.
She is a founding partner of the firm and in particular head of Labour law, Insurance distribution and Insurance law departments.
She is a consultant for insurance companies, intermediaries and trade associations in matters of insurance intermediation; she provides assistance in handling relations with the supervisory authorities, including legal defense in sanctioning proceedings; she deals with judicial and extra-judicial litigation relating to executives and managers, agency, brokerage and other collaborative relationships; she provides support in management of claims both in pre-litigation and litigation phases.
She also has a substantial practice in attending the negotiation of contracts and collective agreements at national and company level.
She is the author of multiple interventions and contributions to legal publications and has held conferences, courses and seminars, especially about insurance intermediation.

Vittore d’Acquarone
Vittore d’Acquarone graduated in law in Milan in 1992.
He has been enrolled in the special register of the Supreme Court and superior jurisdictions since 2009, he has qualified as a Solicitor in the UK and specialized in Ethics & Compliance at the Center for Business Ethics of Bentley University of Boston.
He is a founding partner of the firm and, in particular, head of the Criminal Law department, which, since 2001, he has developed with specific focus on corporate criminal liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. Former President of the Criminal Chamber of Verona and national co-responsible for the 231 Observatory of the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers, he is the author of scientific publications in sector magazines and volumes dedicated to compliance, as well as speaker and teacher at numerous conferences and training courses. He carries out defense activities for natural and legal persons in court, he’s a member of numerous supervisory bodies and a consultant for the implementation strategies of compliance programs for national companies and international groups.
