Riccardo Roscini-Vitali graduated in Law in Verona in 2015 with a thesis on “Defense of the legal entity under trial”.
He has been qualified as a lawyer since 2018. He deals with the corporate criminal liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 231/2001. In particular, he provides advice in the construction and updating of organization, management, and control models, is a member of supervisory bodies and carries out training courses in corporate contexts, according to a method, shared at study level, attentive to continuous evolution, also international, of the discipline, to the new needs of the company and to the practicability of the risk management choices developed with the company functions.
He has been collaborating since 2018 with the Veronese chair of criminal procedural law, corporate liability criminal procedure and European criminal procedure and is the author of scientific publications in sector journals and volumes dedicated to compliance.
